Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be an EventX client to make a referral?
No, you don't need to be an EventX client to send a referral. Anyone can refer someone and is eligible for up to $250 USD referral bonus. You can even refer people from your own company!
Can I earn multiple $250 USD bonus?
Yes! You can refer as many people as you want. For each person who signs up with EventX, you will receive a $250 USD reward. There are no limits to how many referrals you can make, so you can earn multiple rewards.
How and when will I get the $250 USD?
Once we contact your referral and confirm their need for an event management system, we will reach out to you via email to arrange the payment of $100. Additionally, if your referral subscribes to our products and becomes a new customer, with minimum US$2,000 on first spending, you will receive an extra $150 or free 200 pax quota (both referrer and new client), up to your preference.
How does EventX decide if a referral is qualified or not?
There are several ways to determine if a referral qualifies. For example, our representative will contact the referral to discuss their needs and assess if they truly require an event management system. As long as the referral has a genuine need, holds decision-making authority, and is not already in our sales pipeline, they are considered qualified.
How soon will EventX respond after I submit a referral?
It may take up to 14 days to evaluate whether your referral is qualified. Determining if your referral becomes a customer could take longer, as it depends on their procurement process timeline. Within 14 days, we will send you an email to let you know whether your referral is qualified.
