Does EventX offer a free plan?

Yes. EventX offers a FREE plan with unlimited events, up to 30 attendees per event, tickets & registration forms, check-in & badge printing, check-in mobile app, agenda management, event landing pages, and multi-language support.

What payment methods does EventX accept?

EventX supports credit cards, FPS, PayMe, Alipay, and WeChat Pay through KPay, as well as Stripe for international payments (13 currencies). Bank transfers are also available for Enterprise plans.

Does EventX charge platform fees on ticket sales?

The FREE and ESSENTIALS plans have a 5% ticketing platform fee. The ENTERPRISE plan has 0% platform fees on ticket sales, so you keep 100% of your ticket revenue.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

No. EventX plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts required. Annual billing is available at a discounted rate (save up to 34%). Enterprise plans can include custom contracts with DPA.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade from FREE to ESSENTIALS or ENTERPRISE at any time. Contact sales for plan changes. Add-on modules can be purchased separately to enhance any plan.
