We are now looking for a CEO Personal Assistant, come and be a part of our team!

Role Overview

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented CEO Personal Assistant to support daily operations and communication. You’ll handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks while working across teams and regions (Shenzhen and Hong Kong). Strong English and Cantonese skills are required. What You'll Do

  • Manage the daily administrative tasks for CEO, including but not limited to meeting scheduling, office operations, bill payments, and document organization.

  • Draft and respond to emails in English to ensure effective communication between CEO and both internal teams and external clients.

  • Assist with business travel arrangements such as booking restaurants, flights, and hotels to ensure smooth execution of CEO’s schedule.

  • Support HR-related activities, including employee engagement initiatives and promoting corporate culture.

  • Carry out other tasks as assigned by CEO.

Who You're

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience as an Personal Assistant, Secretary, or Administrative Assistant.

  • Bachelor's degree or above. Strong English proficiency is required (CET-6/IELTS 6.0/TEM-4 or equivalent); must be fluent in written English and Cantonese for verbal communication.

  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to handle tasks efficiently.

  • A proactive, detail-oriented work ethic with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and experience in client follow-up and relationship management is a plus.

  • Must be able to work across both Shenzhen and Hong Kong. CEO base in Hong Kong, and this role requires 1–2 visits to the Hong Kong office per week. Candidates with a valid multiple-entry visa to Hong Kong are preferred.
