We are now looking for a Business Development Executive, come and be a part of our team!
Role Overview
We're seeking a sharp and agile Business Development Executive to join our Sales team. In this role, you'll drive market expansion while nurturing existing client relationships. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—Product & Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success—to gain deep product knowledge and effectively communicate value to prospects. Your goal will be to exceed sales targets and contribute to our growth.
What You'll Do
Identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound activities like cold-calling and pitching across different markets.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, proposal, negotiation to closing.
Achieve assigned sales targets that align with the Company’s objectives and directions
Support revenue growth by upselling to existing clients and maintaining strong relationships.
Maintain frequent contact and follow-ups with clients and partners to ensure their needs are met.
Develop and nurture account relationships
Collaborate with internal teams like Customer Success, Product & Engineering.
Support leaders and the team by completing assigned operational tasks as needed.
Who You're
3-5 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a tech or SaaS-related field.
Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is required. Additional language skills are a plus.
Proven ability to pitch, prospect, and close deals across various account sizes, from general to key accounts.
Strong experience in key account servicing, with a track record of successful upselling and cross-selling.
Background in customer success (CS) and operations, preferably with experience and connections in the event tech or event industry.
Highly motivated, quick learner, adaptable, agile, and results-driven.
Familiarity with Salesforce and other relevant sales tools.
