This outage was caused by a widespread issue in the Cloudflare global network (reference: Cloudflare Incident Report), which our primary platform relies on for DDoS protection, CDN, and related services.

  • Check-in App (Online Mode)

Unaffected Services

  • Check-in App (Offline Mode) – continued to function normally

We fully recognize the critical importance of reliability for your event management needs and regret any impact this may have had on your operations.

Our Backup Solution & Future Mitigation

To protect against similar Cloudflare-dependent incidents, we maintain a fully independent backup platform at: https://eventxapp.com

This environment is completely isolated from Cloudflare. In the event of any future disruption on our primary infrastructure, we are able to rapidly switch traffic to the backup platform, ensuring service continuity with minimal downtime.

We are actively reviewing additional resilience measures and will keep you updated on any enhancements.
